At Cutria (operated by Plotnikov LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States), we prioritize the security of your creative work. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your data across our infrastructure.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Your email and basic profile information used for authentication.
• Production Content: Scripts, project timelines, ideas, and media assets (images, audio) you upload to your Workspaces.
• Operational Data: System logs required to maintain the stability and security of the Service.

2. Payments

Subscription payments are handled by the store you buy from: Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) or, on the web, Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record through its Link checkout and processes your payment details, receipts and invoices under its own privacy policy. Cutria does not collect or store your card numbers or bank account details. We use RevenueCat to keep track of which subscriptions are active on your account; it receives your Cutria user ID, your email address and your subscription status, never your card or bank details. Your email is used to identify you in the billing portal when you manage a web subscription. Please refer to the privacy policies of Apple, Google, Stripe and RevenueCat for how they handle your data.

3. Data Ownership & Security

You own 100% of your content. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your scripts, ideas, or assets. Your data is stored on servers in the European Union and your media files in Cloudflare R2 object storage, encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the Cutria application settings. Once confirmed, your data will be purged from our production servers.
