Account Deletion

Last Updated: September 9, 2026

You can delete your Cutria account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by writing to us. Deletion is permanent: there is no restore, and support cannot bring the data back. Cutria is operated by Plotnikov LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

2. What Gets Deleted

Workspaces owned by someone else are not deleted — you are removed from them, and the content their owner created stays with the owner. Anything you want to keep should be exported before you start: an export produces an XML or FCPXML timeline for DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and files can be downloaded from the project.

3. Your Subscription Is Not Cancelled Automatically

Deleting the account does not cancel a paid subscription, because the subscription belongs to the store that sold it and we cannot cancel it on your behalf. Cancel it yourself before or after deleting the account, in the store where you bought it:

Cancelling stops the next charge; there is no refund for the remaining part of a period you already paid for. See the Refund Policy.

4. If You Cannot Open the App

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request with that address and then delete the account and its data the same way as above. Write from the account address: we will not delete an account on a request we cannot verify.

5. What We Keep Afterwards

After the account is gone we keep only what the law and the stores require of us: payment and tax records held by Apple, Google and Stripe as merchants of record, and server logs that may contain a request address for a short retention period. These records are not linked to a usable account and cannot be used to restore one. For the full picture, see the Privacy Policy.
