Welcome to Cutria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cutria website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), provided and operated by SE Evgenii Plotnikov ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Cutria, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Cutria is an intelligent workspace for video creators, providing tools for project management, scriptwriting, and team collaboration. The Service includes various subscription tiers affecting storage limits and available "Project Slots."

2. Accounts and Registration

• To use certain features, you must register for an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Project Slots & Storage: Your ability to manage active projects and media assets is limited by the parameters of your selected plan.

4. User Content and Conduct

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content (scripts, ideas, media) you upload to Cutria.
• License to Us: By uploading content, you grant SE Evgenii Plotnikov a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing on intellectual property, or contains malware.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SE EVGENII PLOTNIKOV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; OR (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
