1. Refund Eligibility
We stand behind the quality of Cutria. If you are not entirely satisfied with your subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you can either:
- Contact Paddle Buyer Support directly through your purchase receipt email or at paddle.net.
- Contact our support team at team@cutria.com, and we will initiate the refund process with Paddle on your behalf.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing cycle.
