1. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Your email and basic profile information used for authentication.
• Production Content: Scripts, project timelines, ideas, and media assets (images, audio) you upload to your Workspaces.
• Operational Data: System logs required to maintain the stability and security of the Service.

2. Payments

All subscription payments are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Cutria does not collect or store your credit card numbers or bank account details. Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle your payment data.

3. Data Ownership & Security

You own 100% of your content. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your scripts, ideas, or assets. We use industry-standard encryption to ensure that your data is protected on our Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.

4. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the Cutria application settings. Once confirmed, your data will be purged from our production servers.
